Ouiam Gherrari
Ouiam grew up in Amsterdam and has lived in IJburg for most of her life. She’s currently in her second year of law school at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. With a clear goal in mind—to become a lawyer specializing in corporate or financial law—she is determined to complete both her master’s degree and professional legal training.
Before joining Viisi, Ouiam worked at Experience Gift, a company that sells travel and hotel gift cards. At the start of her studies, she also provided tutoring to high school students.
She came across Viisi through a job posting on LinkedIn and decided to apply. With a bit more flexibility in her class schedule and a curiosity about office life, she took the opportunity. Her first impression? A good one. She especially appreciates the independence and relaxed atmosphere within the team.
In her free time, Ouiam hits the gym about three times a week, mainly for cardio. She’s working on her running endurance with a friend and hopes to participate in a running event in the future. She also enjoys shopping and going out to eat—preferably with her friends. At this point, she’s been to nearly every restaurant in Amsterdam.
Ouiam speaks Spanish surprisingly well—mostly self-taught through family, Spanish TV, and trips to Spain. Her parents and cousins speak the language fluently, so she’s been surrounded by it from an early age.
With her curiosity, independence, and wide range of interests, Ouiam is a great fit for Viisi.
