Ricardo den Brinker

Ricardo studied Communication, with a specialisation in Digital Media in Rotterdam, nearby his birthplace Vlaardingen. He has several years of experience as an online/digital marketer at various companies, gained from working on both the agency side and the customer side, and he has broadened his knowledge extensively, which means that he can be of assistance in many digital areas at Viisi.

Apart from his work for Viisi, he likes to spend time with his girlfriend and children, and go to different places as a family. His other pursuits include playing football, snowboarding or going on city trips.

Ricardo’s roles

Viisi is the first financial organisation in the world to implement Holacracy, and one of the few organisations that has opened up its entire organisational structure to anyone interested in it.
