Lotte van Weezel
Lotte van Weezel, originally from Prinsenbeek, studied communication science at Radboud University in Nijmegen and later worked in the legal sector, particularly in the areas of business development, marketing, and communication.
In 2017, Lotte took out her mortgage with Viisi, where she came into contact with Robert Diemer. She sent Robert a message to grab coffee and to ask how it is to be a mortgage advisor. Robert agreed, and for an hour, Lotte grilled him to get the best possible understanding of the profession. Subsequently, she decided to apply to help everyone with the biggest purchase of their lives.
Since then, Lotte has moved to Rosmalen with her husband Simon from Utrecht. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, is often found on the football field, and loves good food, drinks, and carnival.
Lotte’s roles
Viisi is the first financial organisation in the world to implement Holacracy, and one of the few organisations that has opened up its entire organisational structure to anyone interested in it.
