  • Maximum mortgage amount:
    The maximum mortgage for a property in a non-residential lease state is approximately 50% - 60%. This means that the other 40% - 50% must be available through your own resources. e.g. savings or a donation. If there are one or more rental properties owned free and clear of mortgage debt, the borrowing capacity can be increased by including them in the financing application.
